What about odors?
Collecting organic waste should not be any more messy or smelly than putting those materials in your trash container. The same materials are being collected – just in a different container. Freezing your food scraps and transporting to your organics containers the evening before or on day of service can help reduce any odors. Additionally, 100% compostable bags are available on Amazon.
What about rats, racoons, coyotes or other pests?
If you’ve never had an issue with pests getting into your trash container you should not experience any issues placing organic waste in a separate container. Always remember to keep your lid closed on your container and place food waste below yard waste when possible.

Summer Pool Reminder
As summer heats up and we jump in and enjoy our pools let's not forget our manners:
Return pool furniture to an orderly fashion upon exit
Remove pool floats from pool AND pool area
Remove trash from pool area as we do not have janitorial service
Pool closes at 10pm
No minors (children under 12) are allowed unattended in pool area
