How many laundry rooms do we have?
There are 4 laundry rooms, all accept coin or card.
How many trash enclosures do we have?
We have (5) trash enclosures, each contain (1) 40 yd trash bin and two rolling recycle bins and 1 compost bin. Our waste company is Republic Waste, they pick up on Tuesdays. We will receive fines when our contract is violated.
When are Board Meetings?
Board Meetings take place the 4th Monday every other month at 6pm. Residents are welcome to attend the general session. Zoom information is included in the agenda which is posted on this site.
When are board elections?
Annual board elections are a 90 day process-
Month 1-Announcement of elections and request for candidates
Month 2-Candidates and ballots are sent out
Month 3-Ballot tally and board announcement
How do I place a work order?
Simply send a message to RPMS or use the Maintenance Request option from your portal
